Job Title: Manufacturing Operator – Solar Production Facility

Compensation: $3,300 to $4,000 biweekly

Sign on Bonus:  $1200

About the Role

The Manufacturing Operator role is ideal for individuals seeking long-term career growth in advanced manufacturing. Operators perform hands-on production work while supporting the fabrication of high-quality solar cells in a safety-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment
• Prepare silicon wafers through cleaning, texturing, and doping
• Monitor furnace operations and coating processes
• Perform screen printing, curing, and drying steps
• Conduct quality testing and inspections
• Support continuous improvement initiatives including Lean and Six Sigma
• Participate in training and pilot production programs
• Follow all safety and workplace procedures

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and physical labor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Valid passport required for overseas training
