Janitor for Industrial Equipment

Industrial Cleaners are needed to maintain the cleanliness of a large manufacturer in Grand Rapids. No prior experience with industrial cleaning is required, although it is preferred. Ideal candidates will be reliable and comfortable being on their feet all day, working with cleaning chemicals. The company will also look to eventually transition the associate to permanent hire dependent on performance.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Cleaning and Sanitizing Industrial Machines – Rollers, Conveyors, Belts, High Dust Areas, etc.

• Operating Floor Scrubbers to Clean Floors

• Cleaning Paint Booths

• Changing Air Filters

• 3rd Shift – 18.00/hour

• 3rd Shift Hours – 9pm-5am, Monday through Friday – sometimes OT on Saturdays
