Job Summary
As a Cable Operator, you will support the assembly and integration of server racks and components in a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and unpack chassis and components used for server assembly
- Integrate computer parts into chassis on a progressive assembly line
- Use small hand tools to install screws, brackets, labels, and components
- Assemble handles, affix switches, and apply labels as required
- Identify and label cables to meet rack specifications using labeling equipment
- Package finished racks for shipment
- Assist with recycling materials as needed
- Follow all production, quality, and safety standards
- Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work on ladders when needed
- Good manual dexterity for handling small components and tools
