Join a national supply chain leader with multiple locations in the Louisville region! We are seeking experienced Bilingual Distribution Supervisors to oversee warehouse operations and drive team success.

Shifts & Pay:

• Various shifts available
• Pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour

Position Summary:

The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring performance goals are achieved, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting a productive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support daily warehouse activities
• Monitor and enforce attendance and compliance standards
• Ensure inventory accuracy, including destruction orders
• Maintain high-quality standards and operational efficiency
• Lead and support warehouse staff to meet productivity goals
• Oversee housekeeping and organization of assigned area
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and team leadership
