Quality Inspector Needed by Pan American

Location:  Pan American
Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications before they reach customers. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, follows procedures closely, and is committed to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications
• Perform visual and measurement tests using basic inspection tools
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
• Identify quality issues and report findings to supervisors
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures
• Assist in improving quality control processes as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (if applicable)
