Operations / Warehouse Associate

Location: Conyers, GA | Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Operations/Warehouse Associate to join our team specializing in high-end architectural lighting products.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, package, and inspect products for quality
• Perform receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory tasks
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Support team operations to meet daily goals

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse, production, or assembly experience required
• Experience with receiving, picking, and shipping preferred
• Ability to manage inventory processes and material handling
• Powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn new systems
• SAP experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
