Job Title: Reach Truck Operator

Location: Petersburg and Richmond

Job Type: Full-Time / Temporary / Temp-to-Hire

Shift: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift

Pay Rate: $17.00+

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will safely operate reach trucks to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise while supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has previous reach truck experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently to move products throughout the warehouse.
Load, unload, and transport materials to designated storage locations.
Pick and replenish inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
Accurately stage and prepare orders for shipment.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recent reach truck operating experience preferred.
Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified).
Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
