Warehouse Coach (Bilingual)

Location: Surprise, AZ

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, (7AM-4PM)

Overtime: Must be willing to work overtime as needed

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Warehouse Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily associate performance and productivity metrics.
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support to improve performance.
• Train and develop associates on job duties, company processes, and best practices.
• Identify performance gaps and create coaching plans to support improvement.
• Partner with leadership to address attendance, quality, and productivity concerns.
• Reinforce company safety standards and promote a culture of accountability.
• Recognize and celebrate associate achievements and positive performance.
• Maintain accurate coaching and performance records.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for associates throughout their employment journey.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and positively influence others.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and operational goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
