The Logistics Associate II plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse and distribution operations by ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, replenishment, and shipment of products. This position performs a variety of inventory and order fulfillment functions while following established processes and procedures to maintain safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform repack picking activities to support customer order fulfillment.
- Stock and replenish inventory within repack areas to ensure product availability and workflow continuity.
- Prepare and process small parcel shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight preparation, including staging and shipment readiness.
- Support inventory control activities, including:
- Cycle counting (non-driver)
- Product relocation and re-slotting
- Inventory accuracy initiatives
- Utilize RF scanning devices to complete transactions and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate a manual pallet jack, as needed, to move products and materials safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
