3rd Shift Stripping Laborer
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:00 AM until completion
About the Role
We are seeking a 3rd Shift Stripping Laborer to join our production team. In this role, you will clean and prepare stripping hardware to ensure safe and efficient panel removal. You will assist with removing concrete panels from the production area using the safest and most efficient methods available while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring quality, safety, and productivity throughout the precast concrete manufacturing process.

What You’ll Do
- Verify rails, bullheads, and kickers are removed before stripping panels
- Ensure all nails are removed from mold materials
- Smooth concrete edges using a hand stone prior to panel stripping
- Inspect all rigging equipment before use
- Remove concrete panels safely and efficiently
- Clean debris from panels following the stripping process
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the production area
- Help prepare panels for final finishing in the yard
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Complete all assigned tasks in accordance with safety standards

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, crawling, and repetitive hand and arm movements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for shifts up to 12 hours
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and man lifts
- Ability to work safely in environments with moderate to high exposure to workplace hazards
- Willingness to work in varying weather and environmental conditions, including hot, cold, wet, and humid conditions, depending on the location
- Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high-visibility vest, hard hat, and any other PPE required for the job
