Prologistix is hiring a Working Lead in Locust Grove, GA.

Shift is Monday – Thursday 4 p.m. – 2:30 a.m., and mandatory overtime as needed to include extra working days/weekends

Pay is $20.00/hr.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Training new associates
• Working about 5hrs Gap fill and the other 5hrs in Conveyable
• Walking Associates through areas (training room, break room, show bathrooms, show lockers, etc) on first day
• Being able to go over COVID protocols
• You will be compiling timecards daily/training associate how to use onsite timeclock
• You will be the First Line for questions regarding policies at Home Depot
• Performance and Coaching conversations- Supervisors will come to you first with concerns
• Issue 1st warning or write-up 
• Housekeeping
• Other duties as assigned

Ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded correctly and in a timely manner and make sure all steps are completed before releasing the truck Report any damages or defaults with the forklift immediately to your team lead. Move production supplies to and from the storage areas, using the task sheets, with a forklift, hand jack, or what means necessary to keep the production flowing.
