• This position supervises many of the daily activities for an area of a warehouse operation.
• This position ensures performance goals are met, maintains inventory accuracy, adheres to quality standards, and effectively manages staff.
• This position manages operational efficiency and ensures work completion is ACCURATE in an operational area.

Responsibilities:

• Supports employees’ attendance records. Ensures compliance.
• Manages inventory control and accuracy for destruction orders.
• Participates in improving the efficiency of the warehouse operations and oversees housekeeping of the area.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 months recent industrial or warehouse experience a plus
Able to work 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts
Able to move boxes, totes and products and lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand up and bend for entire shift
Able to count accurately
Experience working with technology – RF scanners, warehouse computers
Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
