Position Overview

Our client in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role offers stable, full-time hours and the chance to join a growing team.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $20/hr
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties

• Operate Reach Truck to move, stack, and organize materials
• Load and unload pallets and product safely
• Perform inventory moves using warehouse management systems
• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure safe operation
• Maintain clean work areas and follow all safety procedures
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous reach truck experience (6+ months preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for the full shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
