Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor Associates to join our team in West Chester, Ohio. This position supports daily warehouse, production, and facility operations by assisting with material handling, assembly, packaging, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products
• Assist with assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection of products
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment as trained
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
• Complete tasks accurately and efficiently to meet production goals
• Support team members and supervisors with various operational needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attendance and punctuality record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Job Duties:

• Will be working in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for majority of the shift, this location uses Manhattan Scale
• Will be using WMS system to manage in flow of orders and allocating shipments and load to the team
• Will be problem solving order issues so orders can be released sent out for processing
• Position manages the flow of orders and is a critical role within the warehouse

Requirements:

• Required: Computer literacy with a background in information analysis.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience using and working in a WMS system. Location is willing to train on Scale, but if they have prior experience with Scale that is highly preferred
• Experience with order management in a warehouse highly preferred
• Shipping experience with a WMS system is applicable
• Looking for someone who thrives in a high pressure environment

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to safely operate Peerless Plate machines in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Peerless Plate machines safely and efficiently
• Load and unload paper materials for each job
• Monitor machine performance and make approved adjustments or minor repairs
• Perform daily safety and compliance checks
• Ensure machines consistently produce high-quality products
• Troubleshoot issues and correct defects promptly
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
• Report equipment or production issues to leadership immediately
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and LOTO requirements
• Adhere to Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and Food Defense standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven mechanical ability and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and climb ladders
• Must provide own tools (per required list)
• Wear hard-soled leather work boots covering foot and ankle
• Strong communication skills and quality focus
