Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10am-6:30pm

Pay: $19/hr

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments and equipment needs.
• Communicates through various media with site personnel, essential information to ensure operations are meeting requirements
• Receive all drivers and provide direction for outbound shipments.
• Using a warehouse management system, systemically open/close shipments and prepare accurate bills of lading for outbound freight.
• Ensure that drivers depart with appropriate paperwork.
• Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents by strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Gather, enter into the warehouse management system, and maintain all data and records relative to shipping activities.
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies.
• Assists in Material Handling duties such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading.
• Actively monitors trailer capacity and proactively works with spotters on trailer moves..
• Files all outbound paperwork so that it is easily accessible when needed.
• Maintains seal log accurately with necessary information.
• Maintains the load board with accurate information.
• May require they communicate work assignments such as appointments to receive, doors to load, items to pick, etc.

Material Handlers Needed

 All Shifts: Training schedule will begin as 7am – 3:30pm (Mon-Fri) with OT and weekends as needed for the first 1-2 months for testing *Flexibility will be CRITICAL

PAY: 18.75- $21.25 (depending on shift)

Material Handler:

 What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Load and unload material within a warehouse or storage facility

• Use hand trucks, hoists, conveyors or other material handling equipment

• Perform duties that may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting or counting products, verify products and quantities in system

• Adhere to the 7S program and always maintain a clean environment

• Use a barcode scanner and warehouse management system

• Counting and verifying products on pallets / quality checks

· Ability to read and run computer (blue yonder Supply chain system)

• Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members

 What you need to succeed:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Experience operating material handling equipment ( carts/ systems)

· It’d be great if you also have:

· Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed

· 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment

· Experience using a handheld scanner

· Ability to use computer systems / run machines / Troubleshoot errors

· Positive attitude and the ability to work on a team to achieve goals and objectives

Shift is Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Transposing email information into a file shell

Reading and comprehending email communication from customers, internal contacts and other forwarders

Digital printing of documents from emails into our electronic document imaging system (edoc)

Following SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to input correct information into file shells

Shift is Saturday – Wednesday 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.

Pay is $22.00/hr

MUST be able to operate a Reach, Stand Up, and Sit down forklifts

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Loading and unloading trailers/containers
• Staging product
• Put-Away and Replenishment
• Using RF Scanner
• Computer use to include different warehouse software programs and data entry
• Other duties as assigned, you will cross train in multiple departments
