MATERIAL HANLDER is a worker responsible for operating Stand up and Turret Truck to safely lift, move, and position materials within a warehouse or production facility, typically utilizing specialized attachments to handle various types of loads while adhering to strict safety protocols and following work orders to ensure efficient material flow.

Primary Responsibilities:

Operating various types of forklifts (Stand-up, reach truck and Turret Truck) to move pallets throughout the warehouse.
Loading and unloading trucks efficiently.
Accurately picking and placing inventory in designated storage locations.
Verifying product quantity and quality against shipping documents.
Maintaining proper stock rotation.
Performing daily forklift inspections and reporting any maintenance issues

Hiring warehouse specialist/forklift operator. Experienced in shipping & receiving processes using a computer to complete shipping and receiving process. Experience is operating sit down and standup dock loader forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials in warehouses and distribution setting. Providing customer service to delivery drivers and will call customers. Key duties include pre-shift equipment inspection, operating the forklift safely in busy environment. Picking and receiving customer orders using RF Scanner, tracking inventory, and following safety regulations such as those set by OSHA. . Key Responsibilities Material Handling: Loading and Unloading: Picking and palletizing customer orders for shipment Transporting cargo onto and off trucks and other vehicles. Inventory Management: Keeping accurate logs and records of material movements to ensure proper tracking and accountability. Equipment Operation: Safety: Performing pre-shift inspections of equipment, following safety protocols, and remaining aware of potential hazards in busy work environments. Steel toe shoe are required for this opportunity.
