Previous work experience with painting? 

We are seeking painters on 2nd and 3rd shift. Performance to hire positions. 

  • Paint Prep-Mask unit, remove stickers and wipe unit down with alcohol wipes/ spray with dry ice(new process)
  • Paint the unit and parts
  • Change over the paint when empty
  • Label units
  • Heat shrink units
  • Move units with hand truck
  • Clean paint booth
  • Change paint booth filters when necessary
  • Spray pill coat on paint booth when necessary

2nd shift: 3pm - 11:15pm

3rd shift: 10:15pm - 6:30am

Machine Operator? Now Hiring!

Seeking Press Brake Operators for Trane in Columbia. These positions are performance to hire with great opportunity for growth, within a climate controlled facility.

Daily Tasks:

  • Operates a press brake to manufacture tools, equipment, and other components from sheet metal or metal plates.
  • Prepares, sets up, and adjusts press brake as required by product plans and production schedules.
  • Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Performs routine maintenance on Press break machine and ensures there are sufficient raw materials available. 

 

Shifts: 2nd- 2:15PM-10:30PM Monday- Friday

                  3PM-11:15PM Monday- Friday

          3rd- 10:45PM- 7AM Sunday-Thursday

Overtime and weekends can be mandatory.

Starting Pay $18-$18.50
