Job Opening: Inventory Specialist

We’re Hiring Inventory Specialist!

ProLogistix is currently seeking a motivated and organized Inventory Specialist to join our team in USA Parkway, Nevada. This is a temp-to-hire position, providing an excellent opportunity to transition into a full-time role with potential for career growth.

As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels, and assisting with inventory management in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Monday-Friday| 8:00am-4:30PM | $21.50/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
• Update inventory records in the system and maintain database accuracy.
• Assist with receiving and stocking inventory shipments.
• Organize and store materials according to company guidelines.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in stock levels.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to track inventory usage.
• Support inventory control by managing stock rotation, FIFO.
• Assist with inventory organization and labeling.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuing compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and distribute inventory reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
