This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading others, and has strong warehouse experience.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and support a team of warehouse associates to meet daily operational goalsCoordinate workflow for shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory tasksTrain, coach, and mentor team members to ensure accuracy, productivity, and safetyMonitor performance and provide feedback to managementEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and 5S practicesAssist with hands-on warehouse tasks as needed, including forklift operationCommunicate with supervisors, leads, and cross-functional teams to resolve issuesMaintain accurate documentation and support inventory control activitiesRequirementsPrevious warehouse leadership or team lead experienceStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to motivate and guide a teamForklift experience preferredComfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environmentReliable, punctual, and safety-focused
