Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring safety and productivity standards are met, and supporting efficient receiving, storage, and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse associates during assigned shift
• Coordinate daily work schedules and assign tasks
• Ensure productivity, accuracy, and quality standards are met
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA guidelines
• Monitor inventory flow, shipping, and receiving activities
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate as needed
• Train, coach, and evaluate employee performance
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment
• Prepare shift reports and communicate handoffs between shifts

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
• 2–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience
• Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
