Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Lumpers to assist with unloading freight from trailers and containers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of handling repetitive lifting, working safely, and maintaining productivity standards while supporting warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Unload freight from trailers, containers, and trucks safely and efficiently.
Sort, stack, palletize, and stage products according to customer requirements.
Verify product counts and report shortages or damages.
Wrap pallets and prepare shipments for storage or distribution.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies.
Work collaboratively with warehouse associates, forklift operators, and supervisors.
Meet productivity and attendance expectations.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, unloading, or material handling experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
Strong attention to safety and detail.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift.
