Customer Service Representative
1st & 2nd shift open • Distribution/Warehouse Customer Service Experience – 3PL experience a plus• Experience with generating and verifying BOLs, labels and packing lists• Carrier Pickup processes and cut-off times• Appointment scheduling and dock operations• Accuracy – Maintain accurate shipment status updates and WMS/TMS• Excellent communication and Problem-solving skills• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high-pressure environment• Strong system skills (WMS, TMS, ERP, Carrier Portals)
Previous exp. working with truck drivers, WMS exp. interact with carriers
