Customer Service Representative Needed in the West Side of El Paso
Pay Rate: $14-$16/hr depending on experience
Shift: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday – Friday *Must be available for overtime if needed

Job Description:
· Provides support with miscellaneous projects, filing and research paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files.
· Provides warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving and to ship orders.
· Maintains excellent working relationship with customers by responding to inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts. Etc. in a courteous and efficient manner.
· Report’s customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.
· Acts as liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and the customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.
· Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
· Track and Trace files and reporting
· Ensure arrival notices are communicated to customers
· Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards
· Deliver communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)

Job Requirements:
· Minimum of 1-year previous experience in a similar role/ logistics field
· Interpersonal and customer service skills
· Analytical and problem-solving skills
· Multitasking and organizational skills
· Ability to answer a high volume of emails daily & work with a variety of systems
· Ability to share work among a customer service team
· Bilingual a plus
· Fully proficient with various software applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
· Must be available to be flexible to work Saturday’s if needed
