Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Santa Teresa, NM
Schedule: Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. This role is responsible for moving, loading, and organizing materials efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate has experience operating forklifts and can work independently in a fast-paced setting.

- Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or pallet jack) to move materials
Load and unload trucks accurately and safely
Stack, stage, and organize inventory in designated areas
Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory counts
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous forklift experience required
Valid forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to safety and detail
Basic warehouse and inventory knowledge
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Work Environment:
Warehouse/distribution center setting
Standing, bending, and lifting throughout shift
Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
