? About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our facility operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. You’ll handle routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support continuous improvement across our operations.
?? Key Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance — Perform scheduled inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and repairs on machinery, building systems, and equipment.

Troubleshooting — Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues; determine root causes; and implement effective solutions.

Equipment Repair — Repair or replace motors, belts, pumps, valves, sensors, and other components as needed.

Facility Upkeep — Maintain lighting, HVAC filters, safety systems, and general building conditions.

Documentation — Record work performed, parts used, and equipment status in maintenance logs

Safety Compliance — Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures at all times.

Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in maintenance or repair

Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and basic electrical diagrams

Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Background in industrial, commercial, or residential maintenance

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces

High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications a plus (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
