Position Details

Position: Warehouse Receiving Associate
Location: Santa Teresa, NM
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Overtime: Possible mandatory overtime on weekends
Pay Rate: $13.75/hour | Weekly Pay

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for handling incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are received and processed efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and committed to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process incoming shipments
• Verify shipment accuracy and maintain receiving documentation
• Inspect packages and materials for quality and accuracy
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel and transportation carriers
• Load and unload shipments as needed
• Organize and stage incoming inventory
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
