Warehouse Lead

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow, safety compliance, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the warehouse daily.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor production and warehouse workflow.
• Ensure LP tanks are refilled and equipment is operational.
• Coordinate trash removal and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate warehouse issues and updates with operations leadership.
• Monitor emails for shipment schedules and customer communications.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve operational issues.
• Check in drivers, assign dock doors, and manage waitlists as needed.

Qualifications:

• Warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift.
