CSR – Customer Service Representative Job Description Skilled worker with a thorough knowledge of procedures and processes associated with customer service, supply, storage, and distribution functions in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be the point of contact for KTN with their customers.
? Higher education or equivalent work experience in administrative or logistics specialization.
? Should be familiar with logistics terminology and SAP
? Must have strong organization skills, assertive, flexible, customer services minded
? Must be able to work in a close team environment.
? Have a high standard for quality.
? Work environment: Office environment with visits to the warehouse (extreme weather conditions).
? Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment
? Must have a strong working knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook.
? Filing completed files and helping to maintain the archived files.
? Perform invoicing by following tariffs and conditions determined in the rate agreements.
? Maintain a high level of professional relationship with your assigned customers.
? Take a proactive approach with the customers’ needs rather than a reactive approach.
