The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse or facility while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers. Move materials, products, and inventory to designated locations. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues. Maintain accurate inventory movements and documentation. Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed. Stack, organize, and store products safely according to company procedures. Follow all OSHA, safety, and company regulations. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping goals. Qualifications: Previous sit-down forklift experience required. Valid forklift certification preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $18 per hour (goes to piece rate after hired on. Associates on piece rate can make up to $30/hr)
• Location: Henderson, CO
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 7am-3:30pm

Responsibilities: 

• Use appropriate tools and methods to build pallets.
• Take damaged pallets and restore them to service ready condition.
• Examine products after repairing to very conformance to quality standards.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Build given number of pallets once training is complete.

 Requirements:

• Requires quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools such as nail guns.
• Ability to lift 50LBS.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift.
