Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support daily warehouse operations
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Monitor attendance and ensure policy compliance
- Maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
- Drive productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bilingual communication skills preferred
- Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
