What You’ll Do

  • Deposit concrete into molds for production according to job specifications.
  • Spread, level, and screed concrete to rail height to ensure proper surface alignment.
  • Apply specified finishes to the rear face of precast panels.
  • Monitor concrete placement to ensure consistency, quality, and proper coverage within forms.
  • Assist with general production tasks and housekeeping to maintain safe and efficient operations.
  • Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.

    • Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM | $23.50/hr
    • Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM | $24.00/hr

Position Summary

The Seasonal Dispatch Coordinator supports warehouse and transportation operations by coordinating shipments, processing documentation, communicating with drivers and carriers, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient freight movement.

Responsibilities

  • Process inbound and outbound shipment records.
  • Coordinate driver check-in/check-out and dock assignments.
  • Verify shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and inventory records.
  • Communicate with drivers, carriers, and operations teams.
  • Assist with transportation inquiries and documentation issues.
  • Support daily administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Experience with WMS/TMS systems and high-volume distribution or transportation operations.
