1st shift: 8am to 4:30pm $18hr

2nd shift: 12pm to 8:30pm $18.50

MONDAY TO FRIDAY WITH OVERTIME ON SATURDAY AS NEEDED

Job Duties:

• Stand up reach and Cherry Picker forklift Forklift safely (MUST DRIVE BOTH)
• Transfer finished product off of the out-feed line
• Loading and unloading
• Stage finished product in shipping area
• Load finished product in shipping trailer
• Scan units into trailer using RF

What you’ll do on a typical day:
• Perform duties that may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting or counting products
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times
• Use a barcode scanner and warehouse management system
• Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members

This job requires the ability to:
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand or walk for long periods of time
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull

It’d be great if you also have:
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed
• Experience using a handheld scanner
• Positive attitude and the ability to work on a team to achieve goals and objectives

The Shipment Coordinator responsibilities include: 

• Impeccable customer service
• Coordination of all aspects of a fast paced dock with a heavy shipping schedule with full truckload, LTL orders and schedule pickups
• Oversee all outbound packages for transportation and ensure all items are inspected, shipped and processed on time
• Monitors outgoing shipping activities and verify items are going to the correct location
• Review sales orders, process order changes, manage returns, print labels, scheduling and supporting shipping docs 
• Manage shipping orders and invoices by reviewing shipping notices, orders, invoices and documents that the correct shipping methods like TL, LTL, Parcel, Air and Ocean are documented and accurately stored in the database
• Provide reports and metrics to support shipping management
• Other related shipping support task as assigned
