The warehouse associate is responsible for moving materials within the warehouse and the loading/unloading of materials onto or from vehicles utilizing a manual pallet jack. The warehouse associate can be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, verification, shipping/manifesting and other various duties as assigned to ensure the full and efficient operation of the Distribution Center.
Your Responsibilities
• Use material handling (MH) equipment to unload incoming
materials from trailers.
• Verify and receive materials into inventory
• Marks and inventories packages for storage or transit
• May also include palletizing and shrink-wrap.
• Duties may include receiving, checking and storing
• May be required to stack pallets and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds
• Use MH Equipment to move and store materials within the warehouse
• Use MH Equipment to pick, verify and pack orders according to standard
practice
• Use MH Equipment or other designated means to load goods into trailers or
other designated transport vehicles for distribution
• Works from pick sheet to pull product or supplies.
• May be required to cycle count inventory
• Check orders against pull sheets.
• Maintain warehouse clean and free of debris at all times

The Parts and Materials Coordinator will function as a liaison between inbound and outbound freight carriers, ensuring all units are properly identified, tracked via corporate software suites, and maintained in accordance with industry standards for warehousing and transportation. • Adherence to all corporate safety policies. • Perform detailed inspection and documentation on aircraft wheels and brakes. • Warehousing of all Trading and Program assets in accordance with AS9120 standards. • Accurate data input into company used warehouse management system. • Manual preparing, loading, and unloading of trailers for receiving and shipping. • Photographic documentation of all inbound and outbound shipments. • Scrapping of units. • Inventory Control: consolidation of inventory, issuance, and movement. • Monthly and annual stock audit. • Maintain order and cleanliness of the Orlando warehouse. • Forklift and specialized equipment: Safety, Inspection, and Operation. • Physical Requirements – Standing and walking throughout 8-hour shift; lifting and handling freight up to 70 lbs. • Adhere to all safety policies, company policies, procedures, and the corporate code of ethics. • Daily interaction with Supply Chain Leads / Supervisors / Management. • Maintain email communication with the Sales Department, Programs, Technics, and internal Supply Chain personnel. • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and corporate software suites to ensure information validity throughout the process. • Corporate meetings as required. • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as may be reasonably expected of the role and as necessary required. YOUR PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. • Minimum of 4+ years of warehousing experience. • Forklift experience required. • Ability to communicate proactively with team members.
