Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for safe, secure, and accurate packaging of customer orders
• Pack customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
• Repack and weigh orders that require special handling
• Select applicable packaging (box/container) for the order
• Insert applicable packaging material, construct and seal once completed
• Affix packaging label to the outside of the package
• Assist in physical inventories
• Maintain a clean, neat orderly and safe work area

Position Overview

As a Janitor II, you’ll support facility cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Job Duties

• Facility cleaning — sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and general floor care
• Restroom sanitation — cleaning, restocking supplies, and maintaining hygiene standards
• Trash and recycling removal — emptying bins and transporting waste to designated areas
• Equipment cleaning — wiping down machinery, workstations, and shared surfaces
• Inventory of cleaning supplies — monitoring stock levels and reporting needs
• Light maintenance tasks — replacing bulbs, minor repairs, and reporting facility issues
• Compliance with safety procedures — following all OSHA and site-specific safety protocols

Requirements

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Moves product from Inbound Bins into the racks according product type and dimension
• Relocates product from end caps and service area into racks
• Efficiently pick customer orders
• Ensures inbound product and transfers received are stored in designated rack areas
• Responsible for scanning merchandise prior to moving it to a different location
• Positions product on racking system • Carry or transports orders to the dock with material handling equipment
• Able to operate radio frequency equipment
• Conducts operations in compliance with OSHA standards
• Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety
• Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled
