Job Opening: Quality Team Lead

We’re looking for a driven Quality Warehouse Team Lead to support daily operations and uphold high standards across our facility. A manufacturing background is helpful, but a quality control background is strongly preferred. You’ll guide a small team, ensure processes are followed, and keep our workflow organized and efficient.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor warehouse team members

• Oversee quality checks and documentation

• Maintain organized inventory and workflow processes

• Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams

• Use Excel for tracking, reporting, and basic data analysis

What You Bring

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse, QC, or manufacturing environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Working knowledge of Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)

• Ability to problem-solve and keep operations moving smoothly
