Position Overview

Under the direction of the Assembly Supervisor, the Assembly Technician performs hands-on assembly of fitness equipment using hand tools and production equipment.

Primary Responsibilities

General Assembly

• Perform assembly work according to instructions, drawings, or specifications.
• Operate equipment and hand tools required for assembly tasks.

Quality Control

• Inspect assembled products for accuracy and quality.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.

Shipping

• Prepare completed products for shipments

Safety

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Work Practices
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S standards.
• Promote a positive team environment.
• Arrive on time and maintain good attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
