Pay: $20/Hr.

Evening Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Technician to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment. In this role, you will support daily production operations, assist with equipment operation, and help maintain high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production processes to ensure smooth operations
• Operate manufacturing equipment and follow standard procedures
• Follow all safety policies and demonstrate safe work practices at all times
• Comply with quality systems, including:
  • Quality Data System (QDS)
  • Safe Quality Food (SQF)
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • HACCP standards
• Learn and apply machine operation techniques to meet production standards
• Perform line changeovers, cleaning, and pre-checks following standard work procedures
• Complete documentation and verification tasks using systems such as:
  • COLOS (labeling software)
  • PeopleSoft
  • SAP (ERP system)
  • Manufacturing Execution Systems
  • TrackWise and paper records
• Identify and escalate production issues and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Support maintenance activities by remaining at the line and assisting as needed
