Position: Entry Writer
Location: San Bernardino, CA
Pay Range: $22.00/ hr
Key Responsibilities
- Process customs documentation accurately and efficiently, including commercial invoices, customs declarations, Importer Security Filings, and other required forms
- Act as a liaison between manufacturing sources, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure clear and timely communication
- Monitor shipments and proactively identify and resolve potential customs delays or issues
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery while addressing any customs-related concerns
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in documentation to maintain compliance and avoid delays
- Collaborate closely with team members to support smooth operations and assist with additional logistics responsibilities as needed

Qualifications
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
