Job Opening: Billing – Data entry Clerk
Description
Communicates with customers and carriers by phone, in person and email to schedule orders for the account. • Collaborate with others in a team environment to accomplish goals. • Check in & out drivers following all processes/protocol for security, ensuring all record keeping is accurate and current. • Prepare daily reports for supervisors and management. • Verify all delivery orders and bills of lading have been received and are correct. • Ensure that the SAP system is updated and accurate • Assist in cross functional roles in the office. • Assist as needed with quality checks on the warehouse floor. • Assist as needed scanning on the warehouse floor. • Other duties and projects as assigned. • Follow all safety protocols. • Monitors inventory reports and alerts management to any issues. • Complete all training courses as required.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of work-related experience in an office warehouse or distribution center; and some experience in leading day to day tasks to support operations
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
• The ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends is required. Overtime may be required

• Ability to focus on details, pertaining to inventory, shipping documents, and warehouse systems
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to seek alternative solutions for dilemmas and problems
• Communication— able to edit work for spelling and grammar, present numerical data effectively, read & interpret written information, good phone skills, is tactful and discrete in interactions
