ProLogistix is hiring bilingual seasonal and full time On-Site Managers in Mechanicsburg
Monday – Friday || 3pm-11pm || Additional hours as needed
$52,000 to $58,000 – Depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse team up to 100 members
- Take attendance and coach accordingly
- Assist client with coaching opportunities
- Run on-premise and labor reports
- Partner with client during engagement events
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
- Previous on-site or Team Lead experience preferred
- Must be flexible in schedule to work additional hours as needed in peak season (including weekends)
