Now Hiring: Account Representative – Customs Brokerage

We are seeking an experienced Account Representative – Customs Brokerage to join a growing logistics team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Customs Brokerage experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and HTS classification
• Experience with import documentation and customs clearance processes
• Familiarity with FDA, EPA, FCC, and other government agency requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CargoWise experience preferred
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customs entries and coordinate import shipments
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and regulatory agencies
• Communicate with customers, carriers, vendors, and government agencies
• Manage documentation, shipment tracking, and customer service inquiries
