Job Responsibilities

• Follow warehouse policies and procedures
• Follow checklists and instructions
• Absorb training instructions and use in decision making
• Meet accuracy standards with high attention to detail
• Consistently meet high productivity standards
• Work in a team environment
• Warehouse environment is Hot and you will work periods of the day unloading in trailers with state of the art trailer fans

Ideal Candidate Qualifications for Warehouse Loader / Unloader

• Recent experience working in a warehouse loading or unloading a PLUS.
• Can walk or stand for extended periods while wearing steel-toed or composite-toed safety shoes.
• Work in a non-climate-controlled or hot warehouse environment.
• Able to work 9 to 10 hour shifts
• Able to carry, turn, push, pull product and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
• Experience working with technology: RF scanners and warehouse computers.
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Able to count accurately.
• Spanish Speakers and Spanish Bi-lingual are welcome.
• Please Note: This position requires employees to work inside trailers in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
