Outbound Team Lead

Pay: $24/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 10-hour shifts

8am-6:30pm with start times fluctuating between 6am or 11am depending on needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Lead and coordinate daily outbound operations to ensure 100% on-time performance for all outbound routes.
• Manage to customer KPI goals, specifically focusing on productivity and quality.
• Support and develop daily workload planning to optimize labor allocation and Outbound throughput.
• Implement and maintain strong visual management controls, including progress control boards and real-time status updates.
• Actively identify and eliminate waste within the operation to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
• Apply PDCA & Root Cause analysis techniques to resolve operational discrepancies and prevent recurrences.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Experience in Outbound Team Lead is preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanning devices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point.        
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Steel toe shoes
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
