Job Opening: Maintenance Supervisor

NOW HIRING! Maintenance Supervisor in McAllen, TX!

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Maintenance Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and support technician development.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (120V, 240V, 480V), motors, starters, relays, contactors, sensors, and controls.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on grinders, shredders, conveyors, and production equipment.
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Coordinate with production teams to prioritize repairs and reduce operational interruptions.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with installation, startup, and optimization of new equipment.

Maintenance Supervisor Job Qualifications:

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial environments.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including motor repair and replacement.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
