Job Opening: Warehouse Worker

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our Value-Added Services (VAS) operations. This role is responsible for handling product rework activities, including unloading trailers, repackaging, relabeling, quality inspections, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform value-added service activities, including product rework, repackaging, relabeling, and other customer-specific requirements.
• Unload inbound trailers and load outbound shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Stage, sort, and organize products for shipping and receiving operations.
• Place products, parts, and materials into racks or designated storage locations.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners to electronically track inventory and product movement.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet company and customer standards.
• Identify, document, and remove damaged or defective products upon receipt.
• Read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine inventory movement and distribution requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with warehouse standards.
