Warehouse Associate – Rework / Value Added Services

 

Available Schedules:

 

First Shift (1A)

Sunday – Tuesday: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM

 

OR

 

First Shift (1B)

Thursday – Saturday: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

$18.50 per hour

 

*Shift assignments will be determined onsite. Candidates must be flexible to work either schedule.*

 

Summary

 

We are seeking Warehouse Associates to join our Rework and Value Added Services team. This position is responsible for unloading products, repackaging materials, relabeling inventory, quality inspections, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

 

This role requires a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and productivity while supporting daily warehouse operations.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• Offload trailers and receive incoming products

• Repackage products according to customer requirements

• Relabel products accurately and efficiently

• Stage products for shipment and distribution

• Sort products and materials into designated locations

• Load and unload trailers safely

• Place parts and products on racks or in assigned storage areas

• Perform quality inspections to identify damaged or defective products

• Remove damaged products from inventory when necessary

• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system

• Read production schedules, customer orders, shipping orders, and work orders

• Gather, distribute, and move inventory throughout the warehouse

• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

 

Job Requirements

 

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work assigned schedule and overtime as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

 

Physical Requirements

 

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products throughout the shift

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment
