We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate with sit-down forklift experience to join our team in SeaTac, WA. This position works in a cold storage warehouse handling frozen food products, including frozen fish and cherries. Candidates with previous cold storage or freezer warehouse experience are strongly preferred.

• Rate: $21.30 – $23/hr. (DOE)
• Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 7:30 am – 4 pm

Responsibilities include:

• Safely loading and unloading trucks using a forklift or pallet jack.
• Verifying package counts and conducting visual inspections of freight to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Prioritizing workflow for inbound and outbound cargo movements.
• Loading and stacking freight on pallets efficiently and securely.
• Working in cold storage environments for prolonged periods.
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed during peak seasons.
• Committing to overtime when required to meet operational demands.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligibility to work in the US and pass a TSA background check.
• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• At least 6 months of Forklift experience.
• Experience handling perishable goods in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift/push 35-80lbs and stand for 8 to 10 hour shifts.
• Willingness to work in a cold storage environment.
• Basic computer skills

• Support drivers with day-to-day operational challenges and provide real-time guidance as needed.

• Generate daily Dispatch Reports, consolidating drayage planning activities using data from Trinium, customer reports, terminal appointments, and driver schedules.

• Schedule pickup and drop-off appointments through terminal websites and customer facilities.

• Monitor and track import and export container movements to ensure timely execution.

• Investigate completed and pending loads to maintain operational visibility and planning accuracy.
