Position Summary

The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring and auditing warehouse operations to ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits across inbound, sortation, and outbound operations.
• Verify scan compliance, sort accuracy, routing, labeling, and load quality.
• Identify mis-sorts, process deviations, and quality risks.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to operations teams.
• Track and report quality metrics, audit results, and corrective actions.
• Investigate quality issues and support root cause analysis.
• Partner with operations leadership to improve processes and reduce errors.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or quality-related experience.

• Basic understanding of warehouse or sortation operations.

Preferred:

• Experience in a sort center, parcel hub, cross-dock, 3PL, or 4PL environment.

• Familiarity with WMS, scanning technology, and sortation systems.
