Job Duties as a Material Handler:

• Load and unload material within a warehouse or storage facility
• Perform duties that may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting or counting products
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times

Office Administrator / Dispatcher

Location: Hayward, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Pay: $28.00 per hour

A busy service and operations office is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator/Dispatcher with strong communication, grammar, computer, and organizational skills. This role supports daily administrative functions while coordinating dispatch activities to keep workflow running smoothly.

Position Overview

The Office Administrator/Dispatcher will handle scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, data entry, and general office support. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Service Fusion or QuickBooks is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule daily service activities
• Create invoices and enter bills into the system
• Perform data entry, filing, and record maintenance
• Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism
• Maintain accurate logs, documents, and office records
• Provide general administrative support to office and field teams

Qualifications

• Previous office or administrative experience required
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong grammar, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and follow established procedures
• Experience with Service Fusion and QuickBooks is a plus
