Job Opening: Maintenance Technician

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain Production Equipment (welding machines, tube drawing machines, annealing furnace, centerless grinding machines, liquid cooled saws, tube cleaning machines, tube shaping equipment, swaging machines. • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to diagnose issues and perform corrective actions. • Set up and operate manual Bridgeport vertical mill, manual engine lathe, CNC Mill, drill presses, band saws, manual tool grinders, and surface grinders. • Inspect machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance to avoid downtime. • Work with the production team to ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly and safely, minimizing production disruptions. • Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs for compliance with company and regulatory standards. • Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed. • Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and production, to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance. • Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to process optimization and cost reduction. •
